Valencia sell Juan Mata

With just a few days before Primera Division is starting, Valencia got a deal and won the big pot after Chelsea agreed their terms regarding the transfer of Juan Mata.

After a quiet beginning of summer on the transfer market, Chelsea made the right moves in just a week. They got a player wanted also by Liverpool and Arsenal, a skilled man that could make the difference between a loss and a win.

Chelsea and Valencia have reached an agreement “in principle” for Juan Mata to come to London club. None of the clubs didn’t want to talk about the amount of money but both confirmed that the player will do his medical exams.

Chelsea’s officials said: “We’ve got a deal with Valencia regarding the transfer of midfielder Juan Mata. Transfer now depends on the medical visit and the player to negotiate the contract with the club.

Chelsea was not the only team that wanted to Mata. One by one, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham have expressed an interest in Spanish but Villas-Boas made the right moves and got him for the Blues.

The next game for Chelsea is against Norwich City, a game that might have Mata on the field if everything will be ok with the paperwork.

Murinho, angel and demon

Starting every time like a game from another galaxy, the last El Clasico brought shame on the field for both team regardless the result. The war between Real Madrid and Barcelona is well known but this year it took a wrong turn.

Real Madrid coach is destroyed after everything he did at the Nou Camp on Wednesday. Portugal has put his finger in the eye of Guardiola’s second, humiliating him and then saying he did not know who’s “Pito, Tito that!” and continued by doing signs to Messi and Alves that they smell bad.

The papers from Spain write that Mourinho complained to his family and to close ones about him, about his behaviour, telling them that he feels very bad because the image that remained after the last El Clasico it’s not one to remember.

In this scandal it’s not involved just Murinho because when is war, you have at least two opponents. So on the other side, Messi did not stop just at “shush” to Murinho in the match against Real. Barcelona star would spit at Mourinho and colleagues on the bench, every time he approached the guests bank from Madrid.

Barcelona takes Fabregas, finally

It looks that Barcelona’s prayers have a positive effect. After long negotiation, Fabregas and Nasri have green lights. Arsene Wenger should receive 60 mill pounds after deciding that he is prepared to sell Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri.

Barcelona returned yesterday with a new offer for Fabregas that, including add-ons, is worth around 35 mill pounds. They hoped for more, but there is a feeling on both sides that one of the longgest running transfer soap-opera is finally coming to a stop.
The other player in talking, Samir Nasri is very close in signing with Manchester City.

If the transfer will be on, Arsenal would get for their player around 23 mil pounds. The chances for Nasri departure are very high because he is in the last year of contract and if they won’t sell him now, next year Nasri could go for free.

Althoug these looks like a good deal financially speaking, won’t this affect the results? Former Manchester United defender, Gary Neville said: “If they lose Fabregas and Nasri, will they finish in top four? If they lose those players and don’t replace them I would be incredibly surprised to achieve that!“.
